Corruption is the most harmful curse humanity is facing today. Corruption weakens democracy by encouraging rigged and fake elections, resulting into the advent of rich but inefficient and greedy leaders. Corruption ruins governance by destroying its main pillars: integrity, accountability and transparency at all levels. Corruption harms fundamental human rights because it affects all aspects of our lives: education, energy, health, etc. Corruption perpetuates and exacerbates social injustice, gender inequalities and all forms of violence. Let us stand together and join our efforts in fighting corruption. Let us not give up our world, our dreams, to corruption. We deserve better!
